Monty’s Unlimited Wash Club​ Terms & Conditions​

• I authorize Monty’s Express Carwash to charge my credit card MONTHLY for the Unlimited Wash Club.
• I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by giving three (3) days written notice prior to the renewal date. Written notice can be given at montyscarwash.com/manage-my-membership.
• I understand that no refunds will be given for partial periods or months.
• I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including, but not limited to equipment failure, inclement weather, or major holidays.
• I understand that membership is per vehicle and for personal use only.
• Discounts are available for up to 4 additional vehicles signed up under the same credit card.
• I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
• I understand that I may receive text messages or emails from Monty’s Express Carwash regarding my account and other special promotions.

Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Monty’s Express Carwash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change this program or cancel membership at any time.

Monty’s VIP Text Club Terms and Conditions

• Monty’s Carwash provides opted in consumers with promotional alerts and important communications regarding service. Messaging is recurring, and frequency may vary. By signing up for the mobile alert service, you are consenting to receive automated ongoing alerts to the phone number you have provided. Your consent is not required to purchase goods or services.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply “START” to resubscribe.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@montyscarwash.com or by calling (209) 474-5822.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Monty’s Express Carwash will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
• Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Our service never charges consumers to receive or reply to text messages.
• Consumer Privacy: We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. Your information will not be sold to 3rd parties. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Monty’s Express Carwash respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any legal remedies.

Monty’s Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• Gift cards are redeemable for carwash services only. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards may NOT be used for payment toward unlimited wash clubs.
• Additional value may be added to the card at any time.
• Monty’s Express Carwash is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged cards, or for any unauthorized use.
