- I authorize Monty’s Express Carwash to charge my credit card MONTHLY for the Unlimited Wash Club.
- I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by giving three (3) days written notice prior to the renewal date.
- I understand that no refunds will be given for partial periods or months.
- I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including, but not limited to: equipment failure, inclement weather, or major holidays.
- I understand that membership is per vehicle and for personal use only. Discounts are available for additional vehicles signed up under the same credit card.
- I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
- I understand that I may receive text messages or emails from Monty’s Express Carwash regarding my account and other special promotions.
